Sunnyvale Councilmembers to Attend Downtown Association Meeting 

Sunnyvale, CA (02/06/03) – Members of the Sunnyvale City Council will attend a meeting of the Sunnyvale Downtown Association on Thursday, February 20, from 8:30 to 10:30, to receive input from association members regarding key City issues affecting businesses. The meeting, which will be held in the Del Monte Building at 100 South Murphy Avenue in Sunnyvale, will allow the Downtown Association to discuss a host of issues, including:

• Status of the Downtown Plaza
• Occupancy for the Mozart buildings
• Schedule for the downtown streetscape upgrade
• Downtown business promotion
• Maintenance of City-owned lots and streets
• The future of the downtown parking district
• The City’s response to downtown complaints and concerns
