BAY AREA ISLAMIC AUTHOR TO DISCUSS NEW BOOK AT SUNNYVALE PUBLIC LIBRARY

Javed Mohammed, author of Gems of Wisdom, will appear at the Sunnyvale Public Library to discuss his new book, Islam 101, on Saturday, November 15, 2003, at 2 p.m. This unique event will include presentations from Bay Area Muslim community leaders on a wide range of topics such as women in Islam, Jihad, Islamic poetry, humor and the basics of Islam. Everyone is welcome to this free event.
