COLUMBIA NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER SLATES PUBLIC INPUT MEETINGS
SUNNYVALE, Calif. – Sunnyvale’s Columbia Neighborhood Center (CNC) has scheduled two public meetings to gather public input on CNC’s services.

Columbia Neighborhood Center representatives will be seeking public input on how CNC services have been utilized and their usefulness to individuals and the community. In order to help guide future services at CNC, staff would like to get specific feedback on visits with CNC doctors, immunizations, counseling sessions or recreation programs. Public input and commentary will assist in giving staff direction in how best to serve and work with the community.
Discussion groups will be in English with Spanish translation; translations into other languages can be made by prior requests. Community members with questions should call CNC and those interested in attending may R.S.V.P. by calling CNC at (408) 523-8150.
