| NOTES |
A significant portion of Borregas Avenue between East Ferndale Avenue and Duane Avenue will be impacted by construction of a temporary sewer by-pass, and the presence of construction materials and equipment. |
For the safety of the public and construction workers, traffic control measures will be used when needed. Informational and warning signs will be posted as necessary to ensure everyone’s safety. Construction crews will make every effort to maintain access and minimize inconvenience to the public.
