SUNNYVALE COUNCILMEMBER ELECTED PRESIDENT OF
THE LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES – PENINSULA DIVISION
SUNNYVALE, Calif. – Sunnyvale Councilmember Julia Miller has been elected president of the Peninsula Division of the League of California Cities. Councilmember Miller, who previously served as vice president of the Peninsula Division, will serve as president for a one-year term. As president, she will conduct Division and executive committee meetings and act as official representative of the Peninsula Division.
The League of California Cities is an association of California city officials who work together to enhance their knowledge and skills, exchange information and combine resources so they may influence policy decisions that affect cities. The League’s Peninsula Division represents 36 cities in San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties, including Sunnyvale.
