CITY OF SUNNYVALE, CITY MANAGER REACH AGREEMENT

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – The Sunnyvale City Council and City Manager Robert LaSala have reached an agreement canceling LaSala’s June 1997 employment contract, effective immediately.

The agreement allows LaSala and the City Council to move forward in achieving their goals. The parties acknowledge that the recent agreement represents a positive compromise.

The City Council and LaSala each wish the other well in future endeavors. Out of respect for each other and their agreement, neither party will have further comment about this matter.
