SUNNYVALE UNVEILS NEW UTILITY BILL FORMAT

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – The City of Sunnyvale has redesigned its utility bills, capping a two-year project to make the bills more informative and readable.

The new bill format includes larger, clearer type for easier reading, a one-year graph of the customer’s water consumption and a clear and concise account summary, along with other improvements. The new bills will begin appearing in utility customers’ mailboxes in September. An insert will be included the first time a customer receives a bill in the new format, detailing all of the changes and improvements.
