SUNNYVALE HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR TO DEPART

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – Sunnyvale Director of Human Resources Mark Gregersen has announced he will leave the City at the end of October. Gregersen, who began his employment with the City more than three years ago, is leaving to take a job closer to his home in the Sierra Foothills.

The Human Resources Department provides personnel recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, benefits administration, risk management, labor relations and training for City employees. Gregersen’s resignation is effective October 29, 2004. An acting director will be named prior to his departure.
