HEALTH CLINIC OPEN HOUSE AT
SUNNYVALE’S COLUMBIA NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – Did you know both children and now adults can receive primary health care services at Columbia Neighborhood Center’s (CNC) health clinic? To celebrate the new, expanded partnership between CNC and MayView Community Health Center, CNC is hosting an open house Wednesday, July 13.

You can meet MayView Community Health Center’s medical staff, take a tour of the health clinic, get information on health insurance and make a clinic appointment. You can enjoy refreshments and win free giveaways, too.

CNC is operated by the City of Sunnyvale and the Sunnyvale School District. The open house will be at CNC, 785 Morse Ave., (next to Columbia Middle School), from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. For more information, call (408) 523-8150, TDD (408) 730-7501.
