APPLY NOW FOR CITYSKILLS FALL SESSION
SUNNYVALE, Calif. – Time is running out to enroll in the fall session of CitySkills, a four-week training program offered through a partnership between the City of Sunnyvale and Silicon Valley Leadership (SVL). Applications are now being accepted, and are due September 15.
Participants have been very enthusiastic about the program – a fun, inexpensive way for Sunnyvale community members to get educated in civic engagement and leadership with a relatively small time commitment. Topics include: Goal Setting, How Sunnyvale is Managed, Presenting Your Views to Government, Sunnyvale’s “Hot” Issues, Conflict Resolution, and much more.
CitySkills consists of four two-hour classes, once per week for four weeks, for a nominal fee of $15 for the entire four-week series. Fall session starts October 5.
