SUNNYVALE, Calif. – A Basic Business Research class introducing online and print resources for small businesses will be offered Thursday, October 26. The free, two-hour class begins at 2 p.m. at Sunnyvale Public Library.
The class will review online and print resources in such areas as: launching, financing and managing a small business; writing a business plan; finding company performance data; and performing competitive analysis research. It will also cover resources for protecting and researching the intellectual property of a business. This is an introductory class, designed for business owners, budding entrepreneurs, inventors and anyone wanting to learn the basic tools of business research. The class is open to the public.
The Sunnyvale Public Library is located at 665 West Olive Ave., across from City Hall. Free parking is always available, and VTA line 54 serves the Library.
