SUNNYVALE SEEKS CRITICAL-MISSING ADULT

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing adult with advanced Alzheimer’s Disease.

Chun Cha Park is described as a 62-year old Korean woman, 5-feet, 2-inches tall, and weighing 110 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a brown, long-sleeved turtleneck sweater, brown wool pants, black boots and a gold Medic Alert bracelet. She is a Fremont resident.

Park was last seen at 1145 Arques Ave. at the First Korean Church, about 1:30 p.m.  Sunday afternoon. She does not speak English and is not familiar with the 911 emergency phone system. Her family describes her as a fast walker.
