Sunnyvale Art Club Exhibition at Sunnyvale Library

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – More than 30 local artists from the Sunnyvale Art Club will display their works at a special exhibition to be held at the Sunnyvale Public Library Saturday and Sunday, June 23 – 24. The exhibits will be open from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.

An opening reception will be held Saturday at 1 p.m., and artists will give outdoor painting demonstrations between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. each day. Works on display will utilize a variety of media including watercolor, portraiture, landscapes and sculpture. Suzanne Welch, renowned watercolorist will present best-in-show and popular vote awards. Everyone is welcome to this free event.

 “Last year’s exhibit was very diverse, and the artists were very skilled and enthusiastic,” said Librarian Michael Nellany.
