CITY OF SUNNYVALE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR’S CLOSURES

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – Sunnyvale City offices will be closed Monday, December 24, and Tuesday, December 25, for the Christmas holiday, and again on Monday, December 31, and Tuesday, January 1, for the New Year’s holiday. Other Sunnyvale City activities will operate as listed:

• Traffic and parking: All regulations will be enforced except for parking where signs specifically exempt holidays (on December 25 and January 1); all regulations enforced on December 24 and 31.
• Library, Community Center, Senior Center: All three facilities will be closed December 24, 25 and 31 and January 1.
• Columbia Neighborhood Center (CNC): CNC will also be closed December 26 through December 28.
• Garbage and Recycling collection: All residential collection days will be moved forward by one day. The SMaRT Station™ will be closed on December 25 and January 1. On all other days, the SMaRT station will operate on its normal, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule.
