Author Ron Hansen to Speak at Sunnyvale Public Library

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – Ron Hansen, author of The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, Mariette in Ecstasy, Atticus and other popular novels, will speak about his writing and his new novel Exiles at Sunnyvale Public Library, Thursday, May 22, at 7 p.m.

Hansen was presented an Award in Literature from the American Academy and the Institute of Arts and Letters. He is the Gerard Manley Hopkins S.J. Professor in the English Department at Santa Clara University, and has taught fiction and screenwriting at Stanford, Cornell and other universities. Books will be available for sale and signing by the author.
