(APN: 204-08-004) (Negative Declaration) SL; Rezone from R-2 (Low-Medium Density) Zoning District to R-2/PD (Low-Medium Density Residential/Planned Development) Zoning District; Special Development Permit to allow the construction of four town homes; and Tentative Map to subdivide one lot into four lots and one common lot.
