Call to Order
Chairman Gans called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m.
Approval of Minutes
Since Board Member Reguerin not present at the July meeting, approval of July 21, 2003 minutes was rescheduled for the September 15, 2003 meeting.
Review of Suggestions
Agabah moved no award for Suggestion #01-89, Back Up Generator for Back of Corp Yard.
Seconded by Reguerin and unanimously approved. Suggestor: James E. Brown, Parks and Recreation.
Other
Coryn Campbell discussed a draft RTC titled Outreach Task Force Recommendations in Response to RTC #02-455, Explore Options to Improve Community Outreach, and received Personnel Board recommendations.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:23 p.m.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Personnel Board will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2003 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
