Miscellaneous Plan Permit Application (PDF) is typically for smaller projects that are reviewed at a staff level.

 

Public Hearing Applications (PDF) are for projects that are reviewed at a public hearing at an Administrative Hearing, Planning Commission, Heritage Preservation Commission, or City Council meeting.

 

Tree Removal Applications (PDF) are for removal of trees on private property that are greater than 38 inches in circumference.  Please see information on Tree Removal Permits for more information.
