Sunnyvale to Hold Candlelight Vigil

Friday, September 14 at 7:00 p.m., City Hall

What: The public is invited to participate in a candlelight vigil, a small part of the healing process as our nation copes with Tuesday’s great tragedy.

When: Friday night, September 14 at 7:00 p.m.

Where: Outside the entrance to Sunnyvale City Hall, 456 West Olive Avenue, by the flagpole near the corner of West Olive and S. Mathilda Avenues

Why: To honor the victims and families of Tuesday’s terrorist attack and to unify in demonstration of American strength and solidarity.

Who: Members of the public, Sunnyvale Mayor, City Councilmembers, other City officials.
