EFFECTS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ON CHILDREN training is being sponsored by the City of Sunnyvale's Office of Child Care Services on Wednesday, April 3, 2002 from 7:00pm-8:30pm in the Sunnyvale Library, Program Room A. The training is open to all child care providers and teachers in Sunnyvale. Kathryn Williams, state certified domestic violence counselor, will be speaking about the types of domestic violence, signs/symptoms/effects of domestic violence on children, what to do if you suspect that a child you are caring for is being exposed to domestic violence and how to approach the caregiver. Space is limited.
