City of Sunnyvale Launches Community Calendar
Sunnyvale, CA (09/05/02) – The City of Sunnyvale launched an online Community Calendar this week to keep Sunnyvale residents up-to-date on events and public meetings being held throughout the City. Available from the City’s website home page, the Community Calendar will give residents detailed information on community events, City Council meetings, board and commission meetings, City holidays, and other important dates.
With the Community Calendar, residents now have one-click access to local happenings. Community members will also be able to submit their own events to the calendar, provided their organization is a based in Sunnyvale, is a non-profit group, and the event is open to the public. The Calendar will post as many event notices as space permits.
