COMMUNITY INFORMATION MEETING ON NEW
SINGLE FAMILY HOME DESIGN GUIDELINES
Sunnyvale, CA (09/26/02) – Sunnyvale residents are invited to two community information meetings on October 7 and October 10 to learn about the City’s new design guidelines for single-family homes and additions. Approved by the City Council on July 23, 2002, the new policies contain more numeric standards and detailed direction regarding issues such as entry height, garage size, and second story dimensions.
The Community Development Department will provide a background on the guidelines, and residents will have the opportunity to ask questions. City Councilmembers will be in attendance as well.
The meetings will be held at the following times and locations:
