  • General Plan Amendment from RLO (Residential Low Density) to RLM (Residential Low Medium Density);
  • Rezone from R-0 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District to R1.7/PD (Low Medium Density Residential/Planned Development) Zoning District;
  • Special Development Permit to allow development of 35 single family homes, and
  • Tentative Map to subdivide two lots into 35 lots and one common lot.
