(APN: 205-15-035 and 205-15-036) (Negative Declaration) RK (Continued from 03/24/03 and applicant requests another continuance to 04/28/03)

  • Rezone from R-3 (Medium-Density Residential) to R-3/PD (Medium-Density Residential/Planned Development) Zoning District;
  • Special Development Permit to allow the construction of 24 town homes, and
  • Tentative Map to subdivide two lots into 24 lots and two common lots.

The property is located at 1601 Tenaka Place in an R-3/PD (Medium-Density Residential Planned Development) Zoning District.
