(APN: 205-15-035 and 205-15-036) (Negative Declaration) RK (Continued from 03/24/03 and applicant requests another continuance to 04/28/03)

  • Rezone from R-3 (Medium-Density Residential) to R-3/PD (Medium-Density Residential/Planned Development) Zoning District;
  • Special Development Permit to allow the construction of 24 town homes, and
  • Tentative Map to subdivide two lots into 24 lots and two common lots.

Staff recommends continuing these items to July 14, 2003.

2003-0055 - Mid Peninsula Housing Coalition [Applicant] MP Homestead Park Associates [Owner]: Application for a Special Development Permit on a 6.4 acre site to allow the construction of 66 apartment units over a subgrade parking structure and the construction of an associated maintenance building. The property is located at 1601 Tenaka Place in an R-3/PD (Medium-Density Residential Planned Development) Zoning District. (Negative Declaration) (APN: 323-41-001, 002 and 003) EW (Continued from 03/10/03)

  • Special Development Permit to allow 168 condominiums, and
