The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Sunnyvale Planning Commission will be held in City Hall, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, as follows:

STUDY SESSION - 7:00 P.M. - West Conference Room

2000-0523 - City of Sunnyvale Study Issue - Certification of the Moffett Park Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report and adoption of the Moffett Park Specific Plan KD (Schedule to be revised) (15 minutes)

2003-0613 – Forum Development Group LLC [Applicant] Lehman Brothers, Target Corporation, WI Partnership, Harvest Group LLC, Romano Gladys E Trustee & Et Al, Sun Town Center Properties, City of Sunnyvale [Owners]- Application for related proposals on an approximate 36 acre site known as Block 18 of the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP), including the Town Center Mall and other assorted structures, bounded by Washington Avenue to the north, Sunnyvale Avenue to the east, Mathilda Avenue to the east, and Iowa Avenue to the south. (APNs: 209-34-001, 209-34-002, 209-34-009, 209-34-010, 209-34-016, 209-34-018, 209-35-001, 209-35-005, 209-35-010, 209-35-011, 209-35-012, 209-35-017) KDI (60 Minutes) (Public Hearing schedule to be determined )

  • General Plan Amendment to increase the maximum development intensity permitted within DSP Block 18 from 200 housing units to 300 housing units and general office square footage from 202,000 square feet to a total of 300,000 square feet. (15 minutes)

  • Special Development Permit for the redevelopment of a portion of Block 18 as a mixed use development including 300 residential units, 187,927 square feet of general office space, and a total of 950,199 square feet of commercial space including a 16 screen cinema. (60 minutes)

If this item is not completed prior to the 8:00PM Public Hearing, the Planning Commission will reconvene the Study Session after the Public Hearing.
