2000-0523 - City of Sunnyvale - Certification of the Moffett Park Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report and adoption of the Moffett Park Specific Plan (Also to City Council on 04/29/03) KD
Trudi Ryan, Planning Officer, recommended continuing the items to July 14, 2003 in response to comments from the Moffett Park Stakeholders and other interested parties. The continuance would allow staff to do more outreach and engage further dialogue prior to certification of the Final EIR.
Comm. Satterlee asked staff that since the item is continued two months away, would there be a re-noticing of the certification and adoption hearing dates. Ms. Ryan responded that there would be re-noticing to stakeholders and interested parties as well as legal ads publication.
