2. 1998-0356 - Parkview Apartment Association: Application for a Variance from SMC 19.44.020 to allow a rear yard setback of 0 feet where 20 feet is required for construction of detached structure(s). The property is located at 245 W. Weddell Drive in an R-4 (High Density Residential) Zoning District (APN: 110-12-059) and 255 W. Weddell Drive in an R-4/PD (High Density Residential/Planned Development) Zoning District (APN: 110-12-043) Approved
3. 1998-0378 – William and Leila Cilker: Application for a Use Permit to allow an office use in an existing building which increases the allowable industrial Floor Area Ratio to 38.9% where 35% is allowed. 4. 1998-0447 – Peter Hurwicz: Application for a Use Permit to allow construction of a new building to expand an existing auto body use. The property is located at 327 E. Weddell Drive in an M-S (Industrial and Service) Zoning District. (APN: 110-13-071) Approved
RECOMMENDATION
The Council should review the agenda and appeal an application where appropriate.
