SUBJECT: Acceptance of Improvements C Compass Place II, Tract No. 8814 (SD-96-1) – RTC98-289
RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council accept, by resolution, the subject project located at 780 N. Fair Oaks Ave. as complete and satisfactory. The project consists of 110 air space condominium units on one common lot. This is the second and final phase of the project, which comprises a total of 240 units and of 8.85 acres.
DISCUSSION
This project was completed by the contractor, inspected by the Public Works Department and found to be satisfactory. Acceptance is, therefore, recommended.
