SUBJECT: Acceptance of Improvements C Live Oak Terrace, Tract No. 8231 (SD-97-2) – RTC98-290
RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council accept, by resolution, the subject project located at 838 Maria Lane as complete and satisfactory. The project consists of a four-unit lot plus one common lot, belonging to the Live Oak Terrace subdivision.
DISCUSSION
This project was completed by the contractor, inspected by the Public Works Department and found to be satisfactory. Acceptance is, therefore, recommended.
