Do you accept donations of materials?
Yes, we are currently accepting donations. The Library accepts donations during open hours. You may donate up to four bags or boxes of materials on any one day. Please bring all materials to the front desk inside the Library.
What materials can I donate?
We are unable to accept the following:
When we are accepting donations, donations of up to 4 bags or boxes of books and audiovisual materials in good condition may be made from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday, in our Library Donation Drive-Thru area. The Library Donation Drive-Thru area is located on the Pastoria Avenue (northeast) side of the Library, just past the plaza. There are carts available during these hours where you may place your items for donation and pick up a donation receipt if desired.
The Library does not accept: audio and video cassettes, encyclopedias more than 5 years old, home-made recordings, magazines, newspapers and software.
