How Age-friendly Are We?

Take our survey and share your thoughts about how we can make the City of Sunnyvale more “Age-friendly.” Established by the World Health Organization, an Age-friendly city optimizes opportunities for health, participation and security, and ensures quality of life and dignity as people age.

The City is working toward receiving its age-friendly city designation and seeking your feedback through an online survey to better understand what residents want and need in a place where they can grow older.

We also held focus groups throughout the spring for adults 50+.

Online Survey

The survey results are confidential and will help inform the City of Sunnyvale's "Age-friendly" work.

The survey should take 10 to 20 minutes and will close July 15.
