Learn about recommended updates to the City’s Green Building Program at two community outreach meetings. Both meetings will cover the same agenda and allow time for comments and questions from the public.
Green Building Program Update Community Outreach Meetings
When: Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2 p.m. OR 6 p.m.
Where: West Conference Room at Sunnyvale City Hall, 456 W. Olive Ave.
The City’s Green Building Program establishes LEED and Build It Green levels for nonresidential and residential projects, respectively. The City has periodically updated program standards since the adoption of the Green Building Program in 2009.
The latest proposed update would increase minimum (and incentive) standards for nonresidential and residential projects. City staff will walk the audience through the recommended updates during the meeting.
