As the former Chair of the California State Water Resources Control Board, Felicia Marcus was dubbed the “Water Czar” and had the tough task of imposing statewide water restrictions in response to the drought. Join Marcus on Jan. 29 as she shares her perspective on improving water resiliency (ensuring a stable water supply and water quality) in the years to come. She will discuss California's water challenges, how they’re being addressed, and what else is needed in the face of climate change.
