We are reviewing and updating our land use plan for Sunnyvale Downtown. The Downtown Specific Plan Update (amendment) will keep the plan's original vision. And the update will respond to community and economic changes. These include requests for taller buildings, more housing and more office space.
The proposed plan includes two Development Agreements. All are now available for public comment. You can submit comments in writing. Or you can join one of the meetings happening July 16 through Aug. 11.
