We are looking for energetic volunteers for our new event. The Sunnyvale Cultural Celebration joins the Hands on the Arts Festival, Saturday, May 14. This new event will celebrate the diversity of our Sunnyvale community. Hands on the Arts Festival activities will showcase cultures.
Volunteer at Hands on the Arts
When: May 13 and May 14
Where: Sunnyvale Community Center, 550 E. Remington Drive
You will help the professional artists by organizing, prepping, re-stocking and cleaning-up supplies. You will also help kids with fun art projects. You may help with general customer service at the event.
We prefer if you can work a full day. But half-day shifts are also available.

You must preregister to volunteer. We can't accept walk-up volunteers on the day of the event.
You must be at least 13 to volunteer.

Fingerprinting
If you are over 18 you must get fingerprinted before the event. Once we receive your application we will tell you how to schedule an appointment with the City. There is no cost to volunteers.
Deadline: May 1 is the last day to get fingerprinted for this event.
Volunteers are also needed to help prepare art supplies for the event. Typical Prep Party activities include: counting, cutting, gluing and separating supplies. Currently scheduled prep parties are listed below. Additional dates may be added.
