Home Energy Saving Kits provide tips on how to make your home more energy-efficient. Kits also include items that are yours to keep, such as LED bulbs and low-flow shower heads.

Choose Alternative Transportation

The City's Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC) advises the City Council on policy issues related to bicycles and pedestrians. The Commission also provides an opportunity for community input. Learn about BPAC and attend a meeting.

Check out Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) maps of public transportation options throughout Santa Clara County. Combine alternative transportation and bike to the bus stop. All VTA buses can accommodate up to three bikes. If you can’t find an option that works for you, find a friend with a similar commute and ride to work together.
